Zhong-Sheng-Gong Memorial is a three-bay building with wing rooms on the left and right sides to protect the dragon and water passages.
Tian Tan is located in the area once called "Tiangongcheng" ("Jade Emperor's Ground"). According to legend, in December 1661, Yanping King Xingxing built an altar here to worship the Jade Emperor.
